Before joining Sovisy India, I had the privilege of serving as a State Coordinator for the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI) under the “One District One Product” (ODOP) scheme from 2021 to 2024. This role involved empowering Micro Food Processing Entrepreneurs (MFPEs) by providing training, fostering agricultural and horticultural collaborations, and facilitating access to government-backed financial benefits. I was deeply involved in enhancing the regional agro-processing ecosystem, a role that expanded my expertise in strategic project coordination.

Throughout my career, I’ve built extensive experience working with leading organizations like Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Aircel Cellular Ltd., and Ayman Foods. My accomplishments include establishing distribution networks, launching successful products, and leading high-performing teams. At Aircel Cellular, I managed a business worth ₹40 crores annually and led a team of 25 professionals, while at Ayman Foods, I optimized distributor ROI and expanded market reach across Kashmir.
